Oct. 10, 1998: A&M played No. 2 Nebraska at Kyle Field. Behind tough running from Jamar Toombs and a stifling defense, A&M scored a 28-21 upset victory. The Aggies would go on to win the Big 12 championship that year.
It was also the first "Maroon Out" game. Student organizers made special T-shirts so that the crowd would be a sea of maroon.
Oct. 10, 1987: Alex Morris set an A&M football record with five sacks against Houston. The Aggies won the game, 22-17.
